Told ya so….

To have stopped the supplemental unemployment checks LESS than 4 months from Election Day would a REAL STUPID idea by Trump & Co….(The amount of the weekly checks after July is likely to be in the $450 range….)…Some state are re-closing down , which will push some people back out of work…

Democrats will try to keep the amount at the present $600 a week , but won’t stop an extension of the benefit at a lower amount….

The complaining by Republican fiscal conservatives is a joke….

Their party has cut taxes in their 2017 tax law give-away …

Their Budget spending is thru the roof….

And the efforts to have people THINK the economy is ok by a President who LOVES spending other people’s money is something they are ok with?

The money to prop things up will probably last until Joe Biden can be blamed for the realisation that things are worst than most people think…

And with a Biden admin?

The Republicans would be able to blame the Democrats as they manoeuvre for a 2022 comeback after Trump…

For months, President Trump and White House officials have argued the $600-per-week unemployment bonus provides a disincentive to work and should be scrapped so that more Americans return to work as part of the economic recovery. But with the benefits soon set to expire and the economy showing new signs of strain, Trump administration officials have begun opening the door to accepting a narrower version of what Congress previously approved….
